Loop Totems 2016


A knitted spatial investigation of soft loops as monumental sculptures. The spatial textiles are made to resemble majestic marble surfaces, pillars or totems - powerful and regal structures. Yet with softening, loose, doughy and elasticated knits, a sensitive and questionable experience of touch and comfort is created.
